Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Melton store, ensuring excellent financial management, operational excellence, and driving key performance indicators. You'll lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm and a commitment to excellent customer service, and maintain strong organizational skills, merchandise presentation, and stock integrity. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, you will be a key figure in growing the business by motivating your team and achieving sales and operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations to meet financial and operational standards.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales goals, manage wages, maintain KPI targets, and control stock losses.
• Implement effective rostering and training programs ensuring staff understand expectations and deliver accordingly.
• Maintain store merchandising and inventory integrity.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven retail management experience with an understanding of retail key performance indicators.
• Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and motivational skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets, control wages, enforce rostering, and limit stock losses.
• Proactive, driven, and resilient mindset to support business growth.
• Passion for motorcycles is favorable but not mandatory.
