Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the store operations, overseeing merchandising and stock control.
• Drive sales and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) including wages and stock loss targets.
• Build and inspire a high-performing team through effective communication and motivation.
• Implement staff rostering and train new employees to understand and meet performance standards.
• Maintain a strong, proactive customer service culture and ensure high standards across the store.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in retail management with a clear understanding of retail KPIs.
• Proven leadership abilities to guide and develop a sales team.
• Effective communication skills coupled with the ability to motivate and manage staff.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and operational targets.
• Competence in rostering and staff training.
• Drive, resilience, and commitment to growing a new business.
