About the Role
Join Panda Restaurant Group as a Store Manager responsible for overseeing all facets of a single restaurant's operations. This leadership role includes recruiting, managing, and guiding staff to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction. Candidates receive comprehensive paid leadership training of eight weeks or more, along with continuous mentorship within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead store operations including hiring and managing associates.
- Drive the team to accomplish financial goals through effective management.
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences consistently.
- Participate in an extensive leadership training program to prepare for success.
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma is mandatory.
- Must be willing to relocate within 50 miles of current residence if needed.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including opening, closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business demands.
- Certified in Food Safety (Serve Safe).
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
This role often involves standing for extended periods, working in hot conditions near steam and food vapors, utilizing kitchen tools such as Chinese cook knives, and lifting items up to 50 pounds. Employees must communicate effectively, adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and handle difficult situations adeptly.
