About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and development of employees to build a strong team.
• Maintain exceptional food quality and guest service to drive an outstanding customer experience.
• Analyze and promote financial growth through sales increase, cost control, and profit maximization.
• Ensure food safety compliance, monitor inventory, and develop culinary expertise in entrée preparation.
• Manage restaurant cleanliness, safety procedures, and adherence to all company policies and practices.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Associate’s degree required.
• At least one to two years of operational management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Must successfully complete an annual Cooking Test.
• Flexibility to relocate within 50 miles of home if needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Physical demands include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, working in hot and noisy environments, and handling kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive starting salary: General Manager salary starts at $80,000 per year plus bonuses, with potential to earn over $100,000 annually.
