Role Overview
We are seeking a Store Manager for our Ashbourne location to oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable functionality. Reporting to the District Manager, you will drive revenue and control costs while promoting superior pet care and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with store processes and guidelines to optimize operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Achieve company KPIs, manage cash and stock audits, control personnel costs, and monitor sales performance.
- Lead and motivate your team, fostering a supportive and respectful environment to drive staff growth and engagement.
- Maintain product availability, implement planograms, and manage accurate inventory control.
- Enhance customer engagement by setting an example in providing outstanding service.
- Maintain brand integrity by ensuring excellent animal welfare standards at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success in retail store management.
- Holder of a full driver’s license and access to own transport.
- Track record of successfully meeting KPIs.
- Strong leadership qualities combined with savvy business insight.
- Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities.
