About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and inspire store teams to foster a positive and productive culture.

- Drive sales growth and ensure store profitability metrics are met.

- Ensure compliance with company brand guidelines and health and safety regulations.
- Meet store and company performance KPIs consistently.
- Oversee profit protection measures and stock control processes.
- Stay informed on market trends and conduct competitor analysis.
Candidate Requirements
Ideal applicants will have prior management experience in a fast-paced retail setting, preferably within food retail, convenience stores, or supermarkets. This position welcomes Assistant or Deputy Managers aspiring to advance to a Store Manager role or candidates transitioning back to retail management.
Additional Information
- Must have personal transport to access various store locations operating with diverse hours.
- The salary range is approximately £36,000 to £38,000 annually, with potential bonuses pushing earnings beyond £42,000, complemented by benefits and ongoing career progression reviews.
