Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for directing daily retail activities, including overseeing visual merchandising, recruitment, training, scheduling, and inventory control. The role ensures all operations adhere strictly to corporate policies and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall store functions maintaining compliance with company regulations.
- Lead and inspire team members to meet and exceed performance objectives.
