Job Overview

We are seeking a Store Manager for our upcoming store on Patrick Street in Cork. This role entails leading a smaller, customer-centric retail environment. The Store Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional shopping experiences, nurturing customer relationships, and fostering a motivated and engaged team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service consistently in the store.
• Plan, implement, and review actions to surpass sales goals.
• Analyze management indicators and costs, adopting improvements where needed.
• Collaborate on merchandising standards and optimize sales space for maximum profitability.
• Manage stock efficiently by understanding and controlling the collection.
• Act as a role model, facilitating effective team communication.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new employees to ensure smooth integration.
• Lead, motivate, and develop team members to realize their potential.
• Organize, prioritize, assign tasks, and optimize resources while minimizing costs.
• Ensure accurate and proper management of personnel administration.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of proven Store Manager experience in retail, preferably in fashion. Strong leadership and people management abilities are essential, including experience in coaching and team development. Candidates should be self-driven, sales-oriented, organized, resilient under pressure, adaptable, and capable of inspiring teamwork and achieving excellent results.

Working Hours

This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week with full flexibility expected.
