Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Floor Manager for our Cork store. This full-time position involves overseeing the floor operations, ensuring top-tier customer service, meeting and surpassing sales aims, and leading the store team to maintain an energetic and enjoyable shopping environment.

The role requires a commitment of 40 hours weekly, with full schedule flexibility including work from Monday to Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee an outstanding customer service experience throughout the store.
  • Ensure the team has strong knowledge of products and understands key performance indicators.
  • Understand customer needs to offer tailored services that maximize sales potential.
  • Delegate tasks and assign positions to team members effectively.
  • Implement, reach, and exceed store sales targets consistently.
  • Prioritize customer service above other tasks.
  • Maintain active communication within the team to convey important sales-related information.
  • Coach and support employee training and development by leading through example.
