As Store Manager, you will lead a high-volume restaurant, ensuring it meets McDonald’s stringent standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Your role involves working closely with your leadership team to establish and execute goals that drive restaurant success.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operation to maintain profitability and adherence to customer satisfaction standards.
- Lead and mentor Department Managers, assist them in goal setting, monitor progress, and provide coaching to enhance departmental performance.
- Recruit, hire, and develop Department and Shift Managers, ensuring strong leadership for the restaurant's future.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Ideal applicants will have prior experience as a General Manager managing high-traffic locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Candidates must be at least 18 years old in accordance with franchise requirements.
