Store Keeper - Helper

Role Overview

The Store Keeper - Helper supports the sales team by managing daily operations at the store, keeping stock rooms and store areas orderly, and assisting with manual stock replenishment from storage.

Key Duties

• Receiving shipments and verifying quantities against guidelines.
• Inspecting incoming items to ensure they are in good condition.
• Organizing stock neatly in the stock room following team protocols.
• Assisting sales staff with various tasks as required.
• Reporting the status of consumables and packaging materials to shop supervisors or managers.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the storage room and orderly arrangement of stocks.
• Ensuring products and shelves, including silver items, remain clean.
• Providing courteous customer support by assisting customers with carrying purchases to their cars when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
• Prior experience in a similar position within the luxury fashion sector.
• High attention to detail, hardworking attitude, and a passion for fashion.
