Role Overview

The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the storage and inventory of food, beverages, packaging materials, and other supplies. This includes verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring proper storage, and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify deliveries by inspecting them against purchase orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
• Store food items, beverages, packaging materials, and supplies following proper storage guidelines.
• Keep precise records of inventory levels and monitor stock movement diligently.
• Track expiry dates and assess product quality regularly to prevent spoilage.
• Perform frequent stock audits and promptly report any discrepancies found.
• Distribute items to restaurant departments based on authorized requests.
• Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) protocols to maintain stock quality.
• Collaborate effectively with purchasing, kitchen, and restaurant teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that the storeroom remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Generate inventory and stock reports as necessary for management review.
