Store Incharge

Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a seasoned Store Incharge to oversee all store and inventory activities within a manufacturing environment located in Sector-58, Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar. This leadership role reports directly to the Plant Head or Operations Manager and carries a competitive monthly salary of ₹35,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the receiving, dispatching, storage, and inventory management of raw materials, consumables, tools, bought-out parts (BOP), and finished goods.
• Ensure stock accuracy using FIFO/FEFO methods, manage binning, labeling, and conduct regular physical stock reconciliations.
• Maintain compliance documentation and audit trails in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 standards.
• Manage SAP B1/ERP system entries, including goods receipt notes (GRN), material issues, stock transfers, and purchase requisitions.
• Produce management information system (MIS) reports relating to stock levels, ageing, consumption patterns, and non-moving inventory.
• Collaborate effectively with departments such as Purchase, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Dispatch, and external vendors.
• Verify purchase orders (PO), delivery challans, and invoices; resolve issues with rejected materials through vendor communication.
• Lead store personnel to uphold 5S principles, safety norms, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Candidate Profile

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Science, or any other discipline.
• Bring a minimum of 7 years' pertinent experience in a manufacturing firm as Store Incharge, Store Officer, or Senior Store Keeper.
• Prior experience in the automotive or auto components sector is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of IATF 16949 standards and store documentation practices.
• Proficient in SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong abilities in vendor management, inventory control, and team leadership.
• Exhibit integrity, discipline, diligence, and a system-driven approach.
