Job Overview
We urgently seek a Sales Coordinator (Male/Female) to manage coordination between our sales team, customers, and internal departments at a Solar Energy Company located in Sector 104, Gurugram, Haryana. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 based on experience and fit. Preference will be given to candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally living near Sector 104, Gurgaon, and having exposure in the solar industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between sales executives/managers and assist in daily sales operations.
- Engage with B2B clients to handle enquiries, provide quotations, manage orders, and conduct follow-up activities.
- Ensure consistent communication flow with customers and the sales team.
- Generate and prepare quotations, sales reports, Management Information Systems (MIS), and other sales documentation.
- Track enquiries, orders, dispatches, and payments to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records and update pertinent databases.
- Collaborate with internal departments to guarantee punctual order processing and delivery.
- Offer administrative and operational support to bolster the sales team’s effectiveness.
- Address and resolve customer queries through diligent follow-up procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in sales coordination is essential.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the solar energy sector.
- Candidates from other industries with strong B2B sales coordination expertise are also invited to apply.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and fundamental computer applications.
- Capability to coordinate efficiently with customers and sales staff.
- Graduate-level education preferred.
Additional Information
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000 per month. The position is based on-site in Gurugram. Candidates residing nearby Sector 104 will be particularly considered.
