About the Role
A manufacturing company based in Noida is urgently seeking a Senior Account Executive with extensive experience in managing comprehensive accounting functions using SAP Business One. This role demands expertise in financial compliances including GST, TDS, and electronic invoicing systems, along with strong coordination skills across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive daily accounting activities within SAP Business One environment.
- Ensure compliance and perform reconciliation related to GST, TDS, e-Invoice, and E-Way Bill.
- Conduct reconciliation tasks for banks, customers, vendors, GST accounts, and stock items.
- Facilitate accurate sales and purchase invoicing, ledger maintenance, and support finalization processes.
- Handle accounting specific to manufacturing including cost analysis, inventory control, and job work accounting.
- Generate and maintain management information system (MIS) reports, ageing reports, and various critical financial statements.
- Liaise effectively with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and cross-functional teams such as Stores, Purchase, Sales, and Production.
- Utilize advanced MS Excel techniques including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and SUMIFS for data analysis and reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years experience in accounting within the manufacturing industry is essential.
- Proficient and experienced in the use of SAP Business One accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of GST regulations and TDS requirements.
- Must hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree.
- Applicants must be residents of Delhi NCR and able to commit to working on-site at the Noida factory location.

Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary package ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹40,000, with a specific CTC of ₹38,000 per month (~₹4.56 LPA).
