Job description
Position Overview
We are urgently seeking a Chartered Accountant with a strong background in statutory audits to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess between 2 to 5 years of post-qualification experience, particularly familiar with auditing listed companies or entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute statutory audits and review financial statements thoroughly.
- Evaluate internal control processes and prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Apply knowledge of the Companies Act, auditing standards, and Ind AS/accounting standards to ensure compliance.
- Conduct financial statement analysis to support audit conclusions.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) designation.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience post qualification, with hands-on expertise in statutory audits.
- Experience working with CA firms, audit firms, or professional services environments is highly valued.
- Preferred experience auditing listed companies or entities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Companies Act (2013), auditing standards including SAs, Ind AS and accounting standards.
- Strong skills in analyzing financial statements, internal controls, and audit procedures.
Additional Information
Location: New Delhi
Salary Range: ₹900,000 to ₹1,200,000 per annum
