Store Executive

Position Overview

The role involves receiving, processing, and managing deliveries efficiently. Responsibilities include verifying inventory accuracy, maintaining comprehensive inventory reports and logs, and collaborating with suppliers to address any discrepancies between invoices and goods received. Ensuring the quality and condition of deliveries is integral, with the authority to refuse items that are damaged or do not meet standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, tracking inventory precisely and recording data in logs and reports.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to monitor stock levels and determine procurement needs.
• Inspect incoming goods for freshness, cleanliness, and conformity to quality standards, rejecting unacceptable items.
• Enforce adherence to food safety and handling protocols in all food-related operations.
• Manage and monitor PAR levels for supplies to maintain adequate stock.
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain pallets and inventory until processed or stored appropriately.
• Assist management through training, motivating, and supervising team members, ensuring timely and accurate task completion.
• Promote workplace safety by reporting hazards and completing required safety trainings and certifications.
• Maintain professionalism in appearance, communication, and uphold company confidentiality and asset protection policies.
• Engage positively with guests and colleagues, using clear and courteous communication both in person and via telephone.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating confined or uneven spaces as per job requirements.
• Execute additional reasonable duties upon supervisor request.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement is a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in related roles.
• A minimum of one year in a supervisory capacity.
• No specific licenses or certifications are required for this position.
