Role Overview

The Store Crew position is an entry-level role offering flexible schedules tailored to individual lifestyles. Typical responsibilities include cash handling, performing fuel transactions, maintaining cleanliness, restocking shelves, and, for foodservice roles, preparing food and complying with food safety standards. While previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as comprehensive training is provided to help associates succeed.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash and fuel sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure the store environment is clean, safe, and well-stocked at all times.
• Prepare and present food items in accordance with safety and quality guidelines, including customer favorites like coffee.
• Promote and support the company’s rewards loyalty program.
• Perform physical tasks such as bending, standing for extended periods, reaching, and occasionally lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
