Role Overview
The Store Crew position is an entry-level role offering flexible schedules aligned with your lifestyle. Duties include cash handling, fuel transaction management, maintaining cleanliness, stocking merchandise, and specific foodservice tasks such as food preparation and ensuring food safety compliance. Beyond these responsibilities, the role offers the chance to engage with customers and collaborate closely with team members.
Responsibilities
- Handle cash transactions, fuel sales, and promote the store's rewards loyalty program effectively.
- Perform cleaning and stocking duties to maintain a customer-ready environment.
- Prepare food items and beverages like coffee while ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment at all times.
- Multi-tasking including bending, standing, reaching, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications and Skills
- Positive attitude and eagerness to exceed customer expectations on every visit.
- Commitment to cleanliness and safety standards within the store.
- Ability to follow health code regulations and food safety practices.
- Cash handling and transaction management skills.
- No prior cashier, customer service, retail, or foodservice experience required; thorough training is provided.
