Key Responsibilities

• Operate cash registers to handle transactions, including fuel purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Stock merchandise and manage inventory to keep shelves well supplied.
• Perform food preparation duties and uphold food safety standards in designated foodservice roles.
• Engage with customers positively, providing excellent service and promoting loyalty programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding customer service expectations consistently.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Proficiency in food preparation and presentation, including preparation of popular beverages such as coffee.
• Strong cash handling skills and ability to process fuel transactions accurately.
• Adherence to proper health and safety guidelines relevant to food and retail service.
• Physical capability to multitask, involving frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, retail, or foodservice is favorable but not mandatory as comprehensive training is provided.

Additional Information

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $22.78 per hour, subject to location and company policies. Compensation may vary and includes potential incentives and bonuses at the company's discretion.
