About the Role

Join 7-Eleven, a global leader with over 86,000 stores worldwide, as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician I. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our convenience stores operate seamlessly. This position involves maintenance of various on-site equipment including beverage machines like Slurpee machines, ice makers, food equipment, and fuel dispensers, along with handling plumbing, electrical, and general repair tasks. This role supports store efficiency and customer satisfaction, while contributing to community service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle service requests for minor repairs on diverse in-store equipment.
• Address plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate parts inventory and submit daily operational reports.
• Assist in training Level I technicians and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Perform basic upkeep on store structures and property.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in general repair and maintenance.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to provide peer technical support, strong communication skills, capability to manage challenging tasks, facility oversight responsibility, and effective time management.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly wage range of $18 to $32.
• Sign-on bonus up to $3,000 (subject to change).
