Role Overview

We invite a motivated and people-centric Store Manager to lead and support our retail outlets in Western Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a notable background in retail leadership and a collaborative approach to cultivate a vibrant, positive, and safe store atmosphere.

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent in-store customer experiences.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a senior retail leadership role managing teams of approximately 30 or more.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
• Availability to work flexible hours across the store’s operational schedule.
• In-depth knowledge of retail operations and keen insight into meeting KPIs and budget requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
