Store Assistant

About the Role

As a Store Assistant at Technovision Energy in Pune, you will be responsible for the management of electrical materials inventory and coordination with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming electrical items to ensure quality and correctness.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inflow and outflow.
• Distribute necessary materials to the production team in accordance with the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Oversee inventory of various electrical components including MCCBs, MCBs, Contactors, Relays, Terminals, Cables, Glands, Lugs, and Busbars.
• Organize and label stored materials methodically for easy accessibility.
• Conduct regular stock verification to maintain the correctness of inventory data.
• Collaborate with Purchase, Production, and Quality departments to streamline store operations.
• Maintain material transaction records using ERP systems or Excel sheets.
• Ensure the store maintains cleanliness and complies with safety regulations.
