Electrical Project Engineer

Role Overview

As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems at various project sites. This role requires coordinating closely with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the project adheres to specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical system installations and commission projects including Industrial UPS, Battery Chargers, DCDB, ACDB, Solar Power Systems, Battery Banks, and Control Panels.
• Verify that work is executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily onsite progress and generate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) as well as Weekly Progress Reports (WPR).
• Conduct site inspections and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), while facilitating client inspections.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines along with Oil & Gas safety standards.
• Manage logistics related to material receipt and installation activities.
• Participate in client meetings and document Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
• Address and resolve onsite challenges by coordinating with the engineering and production departments.
• Prepare punch lists to ensure timely project completion and handover to clients.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is INR 20,000 to INR 55,000 per month.
