Job Overview

This role involves assembling various types of electrical control panels including UPS, Battery Charger, DCDB, and ACDB panels. The candidate will work closely with technical drawings and diagrams to ensure accurate assembly and quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels by mounting components, fixing DIN rails, installing cable ducts, and performing wiring tasks.
• Interpret and apply information from General Arrangement (GA) drawings, wiring diagrams, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Perform operations such as cable lugging, ferruling, and cable dressing to ensure neat and reliable connections.
• Ensure all components are properly tightened, labeled, and the panels are finished to quality standards.
• Conduct basic electrical tests and quality inspections before dispatching the panels.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the assembly process.

Requirements

Candidates should have suitable skills to handle electrical panel assembly and be able to read technical drawings accurately. Prior experience in electrical wiring, component mounting, and testing will be beneficial.
