Key Responsibilities

• Carry out sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping tasks throughout storage units, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and other facility areas.
• Remove and dispose of trash properly to maintain cleanliness.
• Monitor cleaning supply levels and place orders for replacements as necessary.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment

This position involves exposure to moderate hazards or discomforts requiring the use of protective gear such as masks, gloves, goggles, or other safety equipment. Tasks may involve working near moving machinery or with fumes and chemicals.

Physical Requirements

The job involves physical activity including standing or moving for extended periods, reaching objects at different heights, and handling equipment weighing at least 50 pounds, either assisted or unassisted.
