Currently, they are seeking a dependable housekeeper to join the team at City View Vinings in Atlanta, GA.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of make-ready apartments, office spaces, and common areas to ensure the property’s appearance is exemplary.
• Dust and clean office, clubhouse, sky lounge, fitness/yoga center, restrooms, dog spa, glass surfaces in common areas, and similar spaces.
• Perform weekly cleaning of all model apartments.
• Water plants located outside model entrances twice weekly or as needed.
• Clean apartment units thoroughly including vacuuming floors, dusting blinds, wiping switch plates, mirrors, storage closets, windowsills, and doors.
• Deep clean kitchens by attending to stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers, sinks, countertops, cabinets, and floors.
• Sanitize bathrooms by cleaning tile, shower walls, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Ensure all make-ready units are cleaned promptly and properly.
• Complete additional tasks or projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in housekeeping or a closely related field.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Capable of performing medium to heavy physical tasks such as prolonged standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting/carrying items up to 25 pounds.
• Good coordination of hands and eyes required, including safely ascending and descending ladders and stairs and performing repetitive tasks following set procedures.
• Availability to work a full 40-hour week.

• Hourly wage ranging from $20 to $21.
