Primary Responsibilities

• Comprehend and clearly articulate the variety of towing equipment offered by U-Haul
• Assist customers in selecting and installing the appropriate tow packages on their vehicles
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assistance
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Engage in continuous education through U-Haul University

Minimum Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a reliable driving record
• Fundamental knowledge of wiring and experience with hand and power tools
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The job involves moderate hazards or discomforts that require strict adherence to safety measures. This includes exposure to moving machinery parts, fumes, or mild chemicals and the use of protective equipment such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields. Physically, the role demands standing for extended periods both indoors and outdoors, navigating various spaces, repositioning to handle tools efficiently, and occasionally lifting or moving loads of up to 50 pounds, either independently or with assistance.
