Role Overview

We seek an experienced Storage Consultant to join our team in Jeddah under a long-term contract with hybrid work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in enterprise storage, data center infrastructure, and backup management to support multi-site data centers and critical production systems.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Deliver hands-on administration of SAN/NAS storage and enterprise data center environments.
• Manage storage capacity, ensure optimal performance and availability, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Implement and maintain storage connectivity and highly available storage architectures.
• Integrate and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Nutanix with enterprise storage solutions.
• Operate backup and storage technologies including Veeam, Commvault, ExaGrid, Synology NAS, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Azure Storage and Azure Backup is a plus.
• Maintain strong understanding of backup strategies, disaster recovery plans, recovery point objectives (RPO), recovery time objectives (RTO), and data protection principles.
• Support critical environments with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, addressing Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents, conducting root cause analysis, capacity planning, and infrastructure modifications.
• Preferred experience in banking or financial services and possession of relevant storage, virtualization, or cloud certifications.
• Experience with enterprise-scale storage migration and disaster recovery solutions is advantageous.

• Notice period: Immediate to 15 days.
• Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid work model).
• Experience required: Minimum 6 years.
• Contract duration: Long term.
