Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead AI architecture and roadmap initiatives in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires over 8 years of relevant professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of AI Factory and target-state architecture.
• Plan capacity and strategize workload placement effectively.
• Establish AI governance frameworks covering security, service management, and operating models.
• Prioritize use cases and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Define RACI matrices, decision rights, escalation mechanisms, and governance forums.
• Conduct architecture reviews focusing on risk, dependencies, capacity, performance, security, resilience, and data governance.
• Manage professional services backlog and roadmap, including 30/60/90 day mobilization plans extended to prioritized 6–12 month platform roadmaps.
• Design target-state AI Factory architecture covering infrastructure, cluster management, platform services, MLOps/LLMOps, observability, security, governance, resilience, and service management.
• Map use cases to respective capacity pools such as H200 inference, H200 fine-tuning, and L40S RAG.
• Develop AI platform service catalogs detailing service descriptions, configurations, request procedures, support boundaries, ownership, and operational expectations.
• Establish and lead integrated operating models, governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and service management touchpoints.
• Utilize platform health metrics, GPU utilization, queue behavior, incident trends, capacity data, and use-case demand for refining priorities.
• Identify and sequence professional services work packages related to observability, security integration, lifecycle automation, backup and recovery, Run:ai optimization, MLOps/LLMOps, and use-case onboarding.
• Facilitate roadmap reviews and decision-making workshops with Ministry of Justice stakeholders and Dell specialists.
• Maintain up-to-date records on architecture decisions, risks, dependencies, backlog priorities, and transition criteria.
