Job Summary

The Stockroom Assistant is responsible for managing the proper rotation of products according to company protocols and supporting the Stockroom Manager in all stockroom and store-related duties. This role also involves assisting the Sales Assistant to boost sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard products by adhering to company care guidelines.
• Oversee daily operations of goods reception and storage based on company procedures; prepare products efficiently to move to sales floors or special areas.
• Ensure transfers between shops and returns follow company policies and deadlines.
• Manage the processing of e-commerce orders from Prada.com and e-tailers while maintaining required service standards.
• Handle special stock categories such as damaged items, items on hold, consignments, and those under repair.
• Coordinate packaging, stationery supplies, display items, uniform logistics, and gift flows within IT systems.
• Secure proper packaging of products within store premises and for external shipments including e-commerce.
• Implement company protocols in theft cases with appropriate communication and documentation.
• Conduct immediate investigations regarding any system discrepancies.
• Track product movement and related paperwork accurately in the IT system.
• Organize and carry out physical and cycle inventories of finished goods, accessories, packaging, stationery, and engineering materials within stipulated timelines.
• Optimize stockroom arrangements to promote visibility and accessibility of best sellers and new releases.
• Support stockroom activities related to sales operations.
• Maintain stockroom cleanliness and security at all times.
• Maintain vendor relationships and communications.
• Keep accurate and updated monthly archiving of stockroom data.
• Have a good understanding of all product categories to assist Client Advisors during sales and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team when needed.
• Execute updates on KPIs, guidelines, and company policies as directed by Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
