Job Purpose

As a Client Advisor, you will embody and communicate the core values and philosophy of the brand. Your role focuses on enhancing sales performance by nurturing customer relationships, cultivating brand loyalty, delivering exceptional in-store experiences, and integrating clients into the brand’s world.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers consistently to provide superior in-store service.
• Build and maintain personalized client relationships using individual attention and leveraging CRM and digital technologies.
• Engage actively in cross-departmental selling efforts to maximize sales and meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay informed about the latest fashion trends and competitor activities.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the brand and its products.
• Address customer complaints effectively, collaborating with management when required.
• Maintain high standards of shop floor appearance and visual merchandising, following operational guidelines and stock management procedures.
• Contribute to shop security efforts to minimize theft risks.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Strong passion for interpersonal relations and sales.
• Curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and an interest in luxury fashion, art, and design sectors.
• Proven experience in establishing enduring client relationships.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong enthusiasm and understanding of the product category handled.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin language skills are advantageous.
