Stocking Associate - Team Member

Overview

The role involves providing exceptional customer service by accurately executing stocking duties in a safe, organized, and clean store environment. This position requires working collaboratively with team members to strategically plan and accomplish workload and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver great customer service by warmly greeting customers, helping them locate merchandise, responding to inquiries, promoting products and resolving issues or directing concerns appropriately.
• Assess and manage the workload within designated store areas.
• Precisely sign and organize merchandise for shelf placement.
• Maintain proper shelf layouts ensuring modular integrity and avoiding shelf capacity mistakes.
• Manage merchandise and replenish CAP/VizPicking bins to ensure product availability for customers.
• Use appropriate fixtures, tools, and supplies to effectively complete tasks.
• Maintain a hazard-free, safe, clean workplace by following company safety policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures.
• Prepare and organize the backroom area for smooth stock unloading activities.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $16.90 CAD.

Minimum Requirements

• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age or older.
