Job description
Position Overview
The Stocking 1 Team Associate plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by efficiently managing stocking duties. This role involves accurately replenishing merchandise and pick items in a safe, organized, and tidy environment. The associate works collaboratively within a team to plan and execute responsibilities according to store workload and operational demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer service by warmly greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, helping locate merchandise, promoting products and services, resolving customer concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Review and manage the workload for designated store areas.
- Sign merchandise accurately upon receipt.
- Maintain shelf and modular integrity and correct shelf capacity discrepancies.
- Handle merchandise and bin picking activities (CAP/VizPicking) to support the Customer Availability Process.
- Use appropriate fixtures, tools, and supplies to complete stocking and merchandising tasks properly.
- Promote a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment by following company safety policies, completing safety log sweeps, and ensuring all displays and fixtures are securely in place.
- Prepare the backroom area for unloading merchandise and stock.
Compensation
The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $16.15 Canadian dollars.

- Must be at least 16 years old to be eligible for employment.
