Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Balance completing stock fulfillment duties with engaging positively with customers, providing assistance and addressing concerns when necessary.
• Adhere to safety protocols, food handling guidelines, and quality standards to maintain a safe and sanitary workspace.
• Perform duties such as promptly cleaning spills, ensuring equipment and totes are clean before use, and conducting mandatory safety checks.
• Demonstrate willingness to adjust to different work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet store demands.
• Contribute suggestions aimed at improving operational processes, increasing productivity, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Challenges

• Effectively manage overnight and high-volume task demands by staying focused and energized throughout shifts.
• Handle fast-paced workloads efficiently, completing large quantity restocking and stocking tasks accurately and punctually.
• Carry out physically demanding tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 20 lbs regularly, sometimes up to 50 lbs.
• Perform repetitive activities like zoning, stocking, and product organization with consistent attention to detail to maintain store standards.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $17.75.
