Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the store stock team effectively.
• Ensure timely receiving and replenishment of store inventory.
• Assist with visual merchandising tasks to maintain store presentation.
• Coordinate daily stock inventory controls and procedures.
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures diligently.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.
• Provide assistance across various business areas as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Experience handling high-volume stock receiving operations.
• Previous supervisory role in back dock or warehouse settings managing a small team.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to multitask effectively while communicating clearly.
• Skill in planning ahead and setting strong, achievable goals.
• Proactive mindset focused on achieving results.
• Excellent time management, delegation capabilities, and persistent follow-through skills.
• Physical ability to lift loads over 15kg, bend, and work on ladders without restrictions.
• Availability to work at least 30 hours weekly.
