Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members effectively to achieve operational objectives
• Ensure prompt receipt and replenishment of stock on the sales floor
• Assist with visual merchandising to maintain attractive product presentations
• Manage daily stock inventory and coordinate stock-related activities
• Comply with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures rigorously
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Provide support in various business areas as necessary

Candidate Profile

• Experience handling high-volume stock receiving in a retail environment
• Proven background in supervising a small back dock team
• Strong work ethic paired with high motivation
• Capability to multitask efficiently and communicate clearly
• Strategic thinker able to set and achieve planned objectives
• Proactive in taking initiative to drive team results
• Effective time management, delegation, and follow-up skills
• Physically capable of lifting weights over 15 kg, bending, climbing ladders without restrictions
