Role Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations
• Oversee daily stock recovery within your department
• Drive sales growth and achieve departmental KPIs
• Develop and lead your team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Lead by example in all operational areas
• Manage large volumes of stock efficiently
• Implement and maintain department visual merchandising and standards
• Plan and launch catalogue campaigns
• Maintain stock integrity initiatives to enhance departmental profitability

Candidate Profile

• Preferably possess strong retail leadership experience
• Effective time management skills
• Experience in visual merchandising
• Physically able to handle and pace large stock volumes
• Take ownership mindset for your department
• Demonstrate passion to motivate and inspire your team
• Adaptable, resilient, and innovative problem solver
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Competent with IT tools and systems
• First Aid certification preferred or willingness to complete funded training
