Job Overview

As a Steward at The Plaza Doha LXR Hotels & Resorts, you will play a key role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen and dining areas, contributing to an exceptional hospitality experience for every guest. Your work will brighten guests' days as you maintain spotless serviceware and a hygienic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans meticulously clean and polished.
• Monitor and organize stock levels of supplies and equipment to support smooth service operations.
• Perform essential cleaning tasks such as mopping floors and waste disposal to maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
• Assist with event preparations by setting up clean serviceware for banquets and functions.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines, including correct handling of hazardous substances and hygiene compliance.
• Promptly report any hazards, safety concerns, or maintenance requirements to the supervisor on duty.
• Support and mentor new team members to enhance overall team capability and performance.
