About the Location

Role Overview

The Stewarding team plays a vital role in guaranteeing that every outlet and operational function has sufficient clean dishes and silverware, while maintaining the kitchen and back-of-house areas as clean, safe, and efficient environments.

The primary objective of this position is to manage stewarding operations efficiently and professionally in alignment with Four Seasons' brand standards, including oversight of cleaning chemicals and supply costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing machines and follow established cleaning protocols.
• Clean and organize kitchen utensils systematically.
• Sanitize equipment such as meat slicers thoroughly.
• Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Clean and disinfect ice machines regularly.
• Clean vegetable storage areas including floors, walls, ceilings, hood filters, and air conditioning vents.
• Prepare proper quantities of cleaning chemicals required for service.
• Ensure all service equipment—including glassware, china, cutlery, and chafing dishes—is prepared as needed.
• Keep dishwashers clean and ready for operation.
• Arrange all necessary equipment for banquet functions as required.
• Clean pots, pans, trays, and other utensils to meet Four Seasons’ standards; sweep and mop floors according to operational needs.
• Participate in fire safety, evacuation, and other relevant trainings per hotel policies.

Additional Duties

• Report punctually according to the duty roster, maintaining professional appearance and grooming.
• Perform assigned tasks and special cleaning duties as directed.
• Comply fully with hotel and stewarding department regulations.
• Work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth outlet functioning.
• Conduct daily procedures in line with hotel standards.
• Immediately report any damage to kitchen or related equipment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working various shifts aligned with hotel activities.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position requiring six working days per week.
• Shifts may include early mornings, daytime, evenings, overnight, weekends, and public holidays as demanded by the hospitality business.
