Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cleaning tools and machinery including dish washers, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing stations, and trash compactors.
• Clean and disinfect workspaces such as kitchens, storerooms, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment.
• Handle deliveries, appropriately store perishable goods, and manage stock rotation.
• Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in the three-compartment sink to clean dishware thoroughly.
• Inspect, organize, and stack cleaned items; send soiled items back for additional washing when necessary.
• Rinse racked items with hot water to remove food residues.
• Sort, soak, wash, and rewash silverware.
• Break down dirty bus tubs and manage waste by emptying trashcans and maintaining dumpster and recycling areas.
• Clean and mop all assigned department areas and dispose of glass in designated containers.
• Follow company safety and security policies, report incidents and unsafe conditions, and complete necessary safety training.
• Maintain positive professional interactions with colleagues and support team objectives.
• Adhere strictly to quality and hygiene standards.
• Physically capable of moving and lifting items up to 50 pounds and performing postural movements like bending and twisting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

• No formal education or previous work experience required.
• No supervisory experience or certifications necessary.

This role requires TB clearance. It is a full-time, non-management position based onsite at 3700 Wailea Alanui Drive, Wailea, HI 96753. Pay is $28.00 per hour.
