Role Overview

The Steward plays a crucial support role within the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, kitchens, banquet areas, and Back of House zones across the hotel. This role is responsible for upholding the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and ensuring equipment is readily available to maintain the luxury five-star service standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Steward is expected to take initiative, demonstrate keen attention to detail, and maintain a safe, clean, and orderly environment while assisting chefs, Food & Beverage staff, and colleagues throughout the team.
