Role Overview

As a Steward, you will be essential in aiding the Food & Beverage divisions by upholding cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization throughout all back-of-house areas. You will be hands-on, proactive, and collaborate closely with both kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure all operational and safety protocols are consistently met.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Maintain spotless and well-ordered working environments behind the scenes.
• Support smooth service delivery by coordinating cleanliness standards in fast-paced conditions.
• Strictly adhere to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH, and Manual Handling procedures.
• Exemplify excellent personal grooming and hygiene.
• Demonstrate a cooperative mindset, positive attitude, and solid work ethic.
• Effectively manage manual tasks and heavy lifting involved in this role.
• Previous experience in stewarding or cleaning roles within luxury or upscale hotel environments is highly preferred.
