Job Summary

Support the Stewarding Supervisor and restaurant staff by maintaining cleanliness and organization in Food and Beverage areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort dirty dishes promptly for cleaning and return sanitized items to designated storage.
• Maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring cleanliness and proper water levels.
• Operate burnishing machines to polish silverware and remove tarnish for a high-quality appearance.
• Clean kitchen equipment such as kettles, tilt skillets, pots, and pans quickly and thoroughly.
• Follow attendance guidelines and be regularly available for shifts.
• Perform any additional assigned duties related to the role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Familiarity with service ware maintenance to enhance guest experience.
• Capacity to push or pull service carts up to 150 pounds with or without accommodations.
• Ability to move heavy goods (up to 200 pounds) through crowded areas safely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences including supervisors and coworkers.
