About the Position

Job Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms including tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals, performing tasks requiring stretching, bending, and stooping.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and correctly handle cleaning agents.
- Strip beds and change linens, managing bedding that may weigh up to 50 pounds.
- Dust furniture, decorations, window ledges, drawers, and shelves carefully.
- Vacuum entire rooms and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock room amenities, linens, and other supplies for guest use.
- Manage room keys, deliver them to assigned rooms, restock cleaning carts, and inspect rooms to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
- Be punctual and maintain regular attendance as per workplace policies.
- Carry out other relevant duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Skills
- Physical ability to scrub, scour, work overhead, and navigate confined spaces during cleaning tasks.
- Team-oriented mindset willing to assist coworkers as needed.
- Familiarity with chemical cleaning substances and operation of cleaning machinery, adaptable with reasonable accommodations.
- Capability to push or pull equipment weighing up to 100 pounds, with or without accommodations.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust style as needed to interact effectively with supervisors, peers, and the public.
