Responsibilities

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness of all serviceware including chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, and pans.
• Regularly check and organize stock levels of supplies and equipment for seamless kitchen operations.
• Execute comprehensive kitchen cleaning routines such as mopping floors and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Assist in event preparations by setting up clean serviceware for banquets and special functions.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, handling hazardous materials safely while complying with hygiene regulations.
• Proactively report any workplace hazards or maintenance needs to supervisors to ensure a safe environment.
• Coach and support new team members to improve overall team effectiveness and performance.
