About the Company and Role
Blinkit is hiring for the role of Picker / Packer located in Bharuch, Gujarat. This position involves managing order fulfillment tasks to ensure timely and accurate packing and dispatch of products.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack customer orders.
- Scan products to maintain accuracy and record keeping.
- Manage and track inventory effectively.
- Perform basic internet research related to work tasks.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of 10th grade, 12th grade, or any graduate education level.
- Open to freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Age should be between 18 to 35 years.
Work Schedule and Compensation
- Work involves rotational shifts including day and night duties.
- Shift duration is 9 hours plus breaks.
- Monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹18,000.
