Job Details
Position: Static Security Officer
Location: Clonakilty, County Cork, Ireland
Schedule: Includes day, night, and weekend shifts
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety of individuals and protection of property
- Responding to and managing incidents effectively
- Conducting regular property patrols
- Monitoring CCTV systems
- Managing access control protocols
- Providing excellent customer service
- Preparing accurate reports related to security operations
- Coordinating with management teams
Requirements and Qualifications
- Possession of reliable personal transport
- Completion of Basic Guarding Skills certification at QQI Level 4
- Holding a valid Private Security Authority License for Static roles
- At least six months of experience in the security industry
- Proficiency in English communication, both spoken and written, at a minimum B2 level
- If applicable, a valid work permit or visa
- Basic competency in IT skills
- Ability to work according to a shift roster, including availability on weekdays and weekends
- Strong communication skills and capability to work independently
