Staff Technical Program Manager - Video

The Staff Technical Program Manager will be instrumental in overseeing some of the most complex cross-functional initiatives impacting top company objectives. You will work directly with leadership to manage high-impact, multi-disciplinary programs, influence senior stakeholders on prioritization and delivery strategies, and enhance group-wide planning, governance, and operational practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-organization programs critical to Company-wide priorities.
• Collaborate with senior Group Leadership on multi-disciplinary program delivery.
• Advise and influence senior stakeholders on delivery sequencing and trade-offs.
• Enhance delivery processes including planning hygiene, roadmaps, and scalable governance structures.
• Support engineering leaders through goal setting, milestone definition, prioritization, and capacity planning.
• Manage delivery tracking, risk mitigation, and cross-team dependencies.
• Cultivate partnerships and a culture that promotes alignment, accountability, and rapid progress.

Candidate Profile

• At least 10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager within a SaaS environment.
• Proven record operating at a Staff TPM level managing complex product or platform organizations with 100+ people and extensive dependencies.
• Experience managing multi-geographic teams across Australia/New Zealand, the US, and East/Southeast Asia.
• Expertise in driving delivery for advanced web applications and complex engineering environments, preferably involving Video, Computer Graphics, or Rendering technology teams.
• Strong grasp of product development methodologies and comfort with technical concepts and systems.
• Collaborative experience working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers on key initiatives.
• Leadership style based on influence rather than authority, adaptable to ambiguity in rapid change environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical change and process improvements to maintain alignment and accountability.
• A strategic thinker who is also hands-on and action-oriented.
