  • Maintain and enhance identity and access management services primarily using Kotlin, with some parts in Go, focusing on stability and scalability.
  • Develop new features in areas such as identity, organization, membership, groups, and workspace management.
  • Conduct code reviews and integrate contributions from other platform teams.
  • Coordinate integrations with other platform components and connected applications.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7 years experience in JVM development, ideally Kotlin-centric.
  • Strong understanding of performance tuning on JVM and PostgreSQL databases.
  • Proven experience designing and operating SaaS production services in distributed, multi-tenant environments.
  • Proficient with modern DevOps tools including Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
  • Experienced in taking ownership and improving existing production services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with identity management standards such as OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, or SCIM 2.0.
  • Experience designing domain models for organizational or identity systems.
  • Background in cybersecurity best practices, including threat assessment and secure software development lifecycle methods.
  • Practical experience programming in Go.

Benefits and Work Culture

  • Competitive salary reflecting skills and experience.
  • Flexible working locations: remote or onsite options available.
  • Allowance for remote work from abroad up to 30 days annually.
  • Additional vacation days for personal rejuvenation.
  • Medical insurance contributions for employees and families.
  • Access to professional development including conferences, courses, and language classes.
  • Support for relocation, depending on location.
  • Lunch allowance or hot meals on workdays.
  • Mental health assistance through professional services.
  • Sports facilities or stipend for physical activities.
  • Company and team events promoting a collaborative environment.
